AHPRA Registered Psychologist (PSY0002470642)
Clinical Psychology Registrar
Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS)

I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, with a particular focus on supporting young people and LGBTQIA+ populations.
I value collaboration and will adapt our therapy to suit your individual needs.
My clinical interest areas are:
-
Adult ADHD and executive functioning difficulties
-
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
-
Body-focused repetitive behaviours (e.g., skin picking and/or hair pulling)
-
Social Anxiety Disorder
-
Transitioning to independence
I also provide treatment for other concerns, including (but not limited to): depression, anxiety, sleep issues, trauma, and BPD.
I utilise modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and exposure therapy.
Outside of psychology, I love creating visual art. I believe art and storytelling help to create meaning and find healing. I'm open to integrating the arts into sessions for a creative therapeutic approach, especially for younger clients.
